ARTHUR TROOP SCHOLARSHIP

Region Two member, Blair Falkinson, a Sergeant with Metro Toronto Police Service, has just been awarded the Arthur Troop Scholarship for Canada, and will be attending IBZ Gimborn later this year. Our collective congratulations go to Blair. This is a tremendous learning opportunity and will certainly enhance his policing career.
