The Ontario Association of Chiefs of Police (OACP) and the International Police Association, Ontario Regions (IPA) are pleased to announce that submissions for the 5th annual offering of the Gimborn Scholarship are now being accepted. This annual scholarship will be awarded to one (1) Ontario police officer to travel to the IPA’s Conference Centre at IBZ-Gimborn near Cologne, Germany and enroll in a one of the IPA’s specialized policing seminars.  The scholarship covers the flight, accommodations, and seminar costs.
