MIAMI FLAT FOR RENT
A Miami IPA member is offering a studio flat for rent to IPA members only. Rental must be for one month (30 days). Large corner flat with view of the ocean located on the third floor. Flat is in the heart of Miami Beach on Collins Avenue, 5 minutes from South Beach and Lincoln Road mall and restaurants and is equipped with kitchen, fold out queen sized bed, cable TV, VCR, Air conditioning and heat. Art-deco building has a swimming pool and easy beach access. Sleeps two people. No deposit required from IPA members. Fee is $700 US for the month. You must show a current IPA membership card and reservations must be made at least one month prior to arrival.
