MEMBERS OF IPA SECTIONS VISITING CANADA AND SEEKING IPA ASSISTANCE IN THIS COUNTRY.

For all members, with the exception of those in England , Wales , Scotland and Southern Ireland . The Canadian Section requires that you submit a Travel Form. This will be the one in use in your Section. It must reach the Canadian Section's National Travel Secretary, no less than six weeks before your visit to Canada begins. In the case of Groups, (More than 15 persons), this time period is six months.

In the case of those members from England , Wales , Scotland and Southern Ireland . Your Travel Form must be forwarded to the British Section Administrative Centre, Arthur Troop House, 1, Fox Road, Nottingham. NG2 6AJ, UK . There is what we call a “Paperless” reciprocal system in effect between those Sections and the Canadian Section of IPA. Once your Travel Form is received, the National Travel Secretary, Canadian Section will be advised by email, submitting all the relevant details. The document will be retained for record purposes. The Canadian National Travel Secretary will respond directly to you by email if you have that capability. If not, by regular postal mail. The time frame is the same; six weeks advance notice, and for groups of more than 15 persons, six months advance notice.
