Location Le territoire couvert par la région 15 de la Montérégie au Québec est délimité au Nord par le fleuve St-Laurent, au Sud par la frontière américaine et à l’Est par l’autoroute 55. ********************************************** The territory of Region 15 Montérégie in Québec is bordered at the north by the St. Laurence River, at the south by the United States frontier (or border) and to the east by Highway 55. About Our Region It is with enthusiasm that we invite you to join us as an IPA member. IPA is a police social and recreational activities organization which gives you the opportunity to socialize with people of similar backgrounds. IPA stands for International Police Association which is a world wide organization. This organization has been in existence for more then 50 years but has not to date been well known here.
